Product was expertly wrapped and shipped. Product construction is superb. Wish there were two screw holes in each hanger for more weight carrying strength and stability. Otherwise product is perfect. Would definitely buy again.
These are great quality and look beautiful! Simple to install and lightweight. Really added to our backyard and helps to add interest to our boring property line wall.
I needed a trellis that would be beautiful adorned with roses in the summer but also bare in the winter. I also needed a trellis that would require little maintenance and that would allow for access to the painted shingles behind it. This trellis is perfect in every way. It was easy to install ourselves and when it is time to paint it will be easy to temporarily remove. I balked at the shipping charge (we live on Martha's Vineyard and it was almost as much as the trellis), and Bruce wrote right back offering to look into it. When I decided to go ahead Bruce immediately sent color samples. As soon as I decided on a color, the trellis was sent to the finisher and I received tracking information. My new rose bush is just taking off, but I love the empty trellis above too!
My takeaway? Beautiful product, professional packaging and delivery and from start to finish not just customer service, customer care!
