Bruce was exceptionally helpful with all my inquiries when trying to choose the proper color as well as in describing the depth of the brackets and how I might install the 2'W x 5'H trellis. The product was nicely packaged, arrived in excellent condition. They are nicely constructed. I highly recommend this product.
