Our Returns Policy
Your Satisfaction is very important to us! Any of our standard items are
returnable for a 100% refund of the purchase price, provided you contact us
within 15 days of the receipt of your item(s).
In order to be eligible for return items must be unused, in the original
packaging and in such condition which allows it to be re-sold. Custom styles,
sizes or colors are not returnable. Most items that can be purchased on-line
can be returned. Prior to returning items, you must secure an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) from us. Should a return be necessary, please
call us for an RMA.
Made to Order Items: Other items that are non-returnable once they have
gone into production or have shipped.
Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible to pay return shipping
charges. We will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error in
packing.
Damage during Transit: Damage needs to be reported within 5 days of
receipt of the item (calculated according to carrier tracking number based on
date of delivery). We must report carrier damage claims immediately. In the
event of damage during shipping, we require photographs of the damaged
item and the damage to the shipping container. We also require that you
save the actual box that was damaged in transit (carrier requirement)..
If you are unsure as to whether an item is eligible for return please call us
before ordering – we have agents available from 7:00am – 6:00pm Eastern
Standard Time Monday – Friday.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within
two days if in stock and one to three weeks if the product is custom made.
Our shipping is via UPS or FedEx Ground
